Thank you for shopping with ReeBonn Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. We value your trust and are committed to providing high-quality personal care, cosmetics, and home care products. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.

It must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels, tags, and seals intact.

Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used, opened, or tampered items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used cosmetics and personal care items

Products with broken seals or missing original packaging

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase

Gift cards and promotional vouchers

Customized or personalized products

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Upon verification, we will offer:

Or a full refund, based on your preference
We may request that the damaged product be returned to us before processing the refund or replacement.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

We will notify you via email or phone regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges due to hygiene considerations. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the return is due to a wrong item, defective product, or other ReeBonn-related error.

In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a courier pickup.
7. Processing Time

Returns and refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

It may take additional time (typically 3–5 business days) for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
